In my first position at Dana-Farber, as operations director, we opened a new satellite at South Shore Hospital. That experience provided invaluable insight into the unique aspects of practice in the satellites that informs my new role as senior director for nursing for satellites and network affiliates. I have over 20 years of management and project leadership experience in high volume clinical settings. In my career I have worked in community and academic centers, and for-profit and non-profit organizations. As a nurse leader, I promote patient- and family-centered care, collaborative practice, performance improvement, and evidence-based decision-making.
